For parents.

You were right to keep asking

The years of wondering, waitlists, and “let’s wait and see” end, and the answers start here.

If this sounds like your house

The second dinner, cooked to order and eaten by no one. The safe-foods list you could recite in your sleep. The appointment where you did all the explaining, then went home with a pamphlet and the same tips ChatGPT already gave you.

If any of that is your house, you’re in the right place.

Some kids arrive here with letters attached: ADHD, Autism, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance, a profile where the nervous system resists everyday demands), ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, when restrictive eating goes beyond fussiness), PFD (Paediatric Feeding Disorder, the umbrella term for complex feeding challenges).

Plenty arrive with no letters at all. Just a parent who’s known for a while that something needs attention, and hasn’t been heard yet.

Both belong here. Your child isn’t a problem to be solved, and they’ll be met exactly as they are. What gets our attention is the why underneath, and we don’t stop until we’ve found it.

How we work with you

Most families start with a free 15-minute chat. No referral, no forms to dread, no need to arrive with the whole story straight. But if you’re already sure about us, you can jump straight in and book an appointment

Whichever way you start, your child will be at the centre of their own care. Talked to, not about. Met exactly as they are, never made to perform. And that’s not us being lovely, it’s why what we do works. A child who feels safe and heard will show you what’s really going on, and that’s where the real answers are.

The whole philosophy lives on The Juni Approach. The day-to-day of it, the sessions, the telehealth wherever your family is (Australia or beyond), the plan built around your actual Tuesday, lives here:

Other ways we can help

Just One Bite

For the table that’s become a standoff, and the menu that’s narrowed to a trusted few. Our program for selective eating is being filmed right now, built the Juni way from the first frame. Join the waitlist and you’ll be first through the door, and first to hear the launch date.

Take a Seat

Pay-what-you-can support. Same clinicians, same care, a price your family sets, because the right help was never meant to depend on a postcode or a pay packet. No proving, no pleading, no forms about your finances.

NDIS support

If your child has an NDIS plan (plan-managed or self-managed), here’s exactly how Juni fits into it. Plain English, worked examples, no acronym soup.

Start with a chat

There's no application to get this right. No perfect words, no tidy summary, no need to have it all figured out first.

One free chat, 15 minutes, whenever suits. You talk, we listen, and you walk away with a straight answer and a clear next step, whichever way it points.

You were right to keep asking.

Booked with us before? Please use the same email address.
We ask that you show us and other clients respect by providing us with 24hrs notice for cancellations or changes of your appointments. Late cancellations and forgotten appointments are not only frustrating for us, but also for those that could have filled that appointment! Late cancellations will result in a 50% fee. Missed appointments will result in a 100% fee.

Booking Confirmed

That's your appointment booked.

We'll send a reminder closer to the day so it's one less thing rattling around your head. When the time comes, just show up as you are. No need to tidy the kitchen for us! And your kid doesn't have to perform either. They can wander off, keep building their lego, or narrate the whole thing as a dinosaur. We can work with it all.

So that's it. We'll see you soon.
