However you found us, you’re in the right place.
We read every message ourselves. There’s no ticket number, just us at the other end.
Hello@JuniPaediatrics.com.au, for anything and everything.
There’s no clinic building to visit, and that’s the point. Nearly all of our work is telehealth, wherever your family is, in Australia or beyond, so your child gets seen in the room they already feel safe in.
We’re a small team seeing kids most of the day, so we’re not instant, but we do read everything and we always write back. If you haven’t heard in a couple of days, please hassle us!
The quickest way in isn’t a form, it’s a conversation. Book a Chat and you get a real person for 15 free minutes, and the time is yours. Ask us anything, tell us what’s been worrying you, see what you make of us. No script, no selling, just answers to the questions you’ve been carrying.
Rather write it down first? That’s completely fine. Email us at hello@junipaediatrics.com.au and tell us what’s going on. We’ll read it properly and write back.

Telehealth for families anywhere in Australia or beyond.
Juni works with families on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land right across this country. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we live and where the children we care for are growing up, whose deep knowledge of health, healing, food, and community continues to inspire and guide us. We extend this respect to all the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of this beautiful country we are blessed to call home.
